Besides Sizdah Bedar(the thirteenth day of the Spring) and the joyful festivals held in the nature, the people of Qazvin go out on the 19th day of May to pray for rain and greenness . This ceremony is called Panjah Bedar. This ceremony in the precinct of Rah e Ray Mossala and in the middle of the old gardens of the region is delightfully emphasized so that families gather in groups for praying, thanksgiving and playing. Following lunch and after drinking tea, they go back to home at dusk.Source
